When do I get paid?
Within 14 days of final installation completion. We do not pay until the job is fully finished and the customer is satisfied.
What if my neighbor only gets gutters?
The referral bonus applies when a full exterior project is completed. Partial jobs or small repairs may not qualify — contact us for specific cases.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No limit at all. Refer 5 neighbors and earn 5 bonuses. We have paid out thousands of dollars to active referral partners in our community.
Does my neighbor have to file an insurance claim?
No. Even if your neighbor pays out of pocket, you can still earn the bonus as long as Hail Shield completes the work.
How do I know where my bonus stands?
You will receive updates when your neighbor's inspection is scheduled and when work is completed. We keep you in the loop throughout.
Can I refer someone outside St. Louis?
Our service area covers the Greater St. Louis metro. If you're unsure whether your neighbor qualifies, submit the referral and we'll reach out to confirm.
